About the project and the acquisition of Silver Models.
The impetus to focus on activities aimed at the SILVER group in our agency was the acquisition of Silver Models agency (Skill Storm sp.z.o.o).
It is on the basis of this cooperation that we are building Gawagai Silver’s continued operations.

We do not charge any registration or membership fees. Application and membership to the Agency are completely free.
We are based on a commission system – we add our commission to your orders.
Sending an application involves consent to the processing of your data and acceptance of the regulations.
Contracts are signed for specific orders ( ads) and you receive them before the orders.
We do not work on contracts of total exclusivity. Being with us, you can cooperate with other agencies or directly carry out orders.
If you are starting out in the world of advertising and do not have a portfolio – just attach amateur photos, taken with a cell phone. It is important that the photos are up-to-date.

If you have professional photos – add them to the form. However, remember that you must have the right / permission of the photographer to do so.
- After submitting the application form, you will get a decision from us within 14 days whether we will start our cooperation.
- We create your account in our system (you will get access to it) and we start working.
- We send you via email a question about your availability for specific projects.
- If you have expressed your willingness and availability we send you to the client for casting.
- After receiving a positive decision, we immediately contact you ( by phone) and confirm the terms of participation in advertising ( by email).
- If there is no contact from our side, it means that you have not been selected for this project.

Our headquarters is in Poznan, but we operate all over Poland.
We do recruitment in major cities all over Poland.
We work with agencies and companies, responsible for the production of photo shoots, television commercials throughout Poland. We are in direct contact with leading casting agents – so we get all the current castings.
