The next step we offer free proposals from our database or find new locations tailored to your project (paid service). We can also prepare paid documentation of selected objects at your request.
TERMS
After selecting a location, we adjust the individual rental amount. The fee depends on the size of the crew, the duration of the set, the type of location, the number of rooms used and the nature of the recording/photo shoot.

After accepting the terms and conditions, we prepare and sign the corresponding contract, Once the plan is implemented, we issue a VAT invoice. On our side lies all the paperwork with the owner of the location.

FAQ
Rates depend on min. the type of implementation, the type of location, the hours of the set and the size of the team on the set. After sending proposals from our base and preliminary production choices, we inform the production of the proposed rate for the locations.
- System proposals – free of charge
- Online scouting (up to 5 proposals) – PLN 500 net
- Photo-documentation – PLN 1000 / 2 locations (within 1 city)
- Unusual locations – individual pricing
The formalities are handled by the agency. We take care of signing a contract with the production and the owner of the location. If the producer wants to work on his model contract we must receive it at least 3 days before the plan to be able to refer to it and prepare an adequate contract for the owner of the location.
The producer, on his own, undertakes to insure the shooting set together with the location. Upon request, we can additionally insure the location for a fee.
Yes, we also do location scouting. Give us information about the nature of the project and the location you are looking for, and we will look for new spaces.
When sending system proposals, we send the production to review the locations that are already in our database and match the brief we receive. In the case of the implementation of scouting – our agent actively seeks locations according to the guidelines provided, we prepare a social media campaign, use the developed paths for acquiring new facilities.
